2. Eligibility & Responsible Use

By accessing our website, you confirm that:

  • You possess the legal capacity to enter binding agreements

  • All information provided is accurate and truthful

We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion where misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.

3. Product Integrity & Presentation

Every fragrance offered by Redha Perfumes is presented with the highest level of care.

  • Product visuals are styled for luxury presentation purposes.

  • Minor variations in packaging or bottle design may occur.

  • Availability is subject to curated stock levels.

We reserve the right to refine or discontinue any collection without prior notice.

4. Pricing Philosophy

All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

As a premium brand:

  • Prices reflect product quality, sourcing, and craftsmanship.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing in response to market conditions.

In the unlikely event of a pricing discrepancy, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders & Confirmation

An order becomes confirmed only after:

  • Official confirmation email from Redha Perfumes

We may decline or cancel orders in cases of:

  • Payment irregularities

  • Suspicious activity

  • Stock limitations

  • Technical pricing errors

6. Secure Payments

All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment providers.

Redha Perfumes does not store complete card details, ensuring discretion and security for every transaction.

7. Delivery Experience

We aim to deliver excellence from checkout to doorstep.

  • UAE Delivery Time: 2–5 working days

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics partners

  • Risk transfers upon successful delivery confirmation

We are not liable for delays arising from events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the exclusive and hygienic nature of fragrance products:

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

  • Products must remain unused and in original packaging

Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless confirmed defective.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

All elements of the Redha Perfumes brand including:

  • Logo

  • Brand name

  • Visual identity

  • Product imagery

  • Written content

are protected under UAE intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we take exceptional care in product quality:

  • Individual fragrance reactions may vary

  • Customers are advised to perform patch testing if sensitive

Redha Perfumes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is treated with the utmost respect and discretion.
Personal data is processed in accordance with UAE data protection regulations and our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
